Opened in August of 2017 this building is 79,500 sq. ft and was a complete ground-up build out of new student building and outdoor student quad. Included power lighting, fire alarm systems, student book store, cafeteria with servery, and staff administrative offices. Medium Voltage connections to existing campus loop system. Outdoor quad included exterior lighting and network solutions for student meeting area. Electrical valued at $3.7 million.
Walmart Supercenter – Oak Tree Plaza, Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Complete ground-up new retail development site. Site development of previous Atlantic Electric headquarters site into a full retail, subdivision included core and shell development of four separate retail structures, site lighting, and utility electric and telephone.
